My ultimate recipe for porridge

I adore porridge it’s cheap easy and healthy like morning sex…

Take one measure of Scottish porridge oats the closer to the genuine import the better.

Pour in one measure of milk (personally I prefer full fat, blue top in the UK).

Add another measure of water.

One pinch of rock sea salt.

Leave this to stand for ten minutes.

Cook till it is your preferred consistency.

Serve with fruit, blueberries are my personal favourite.

Add a little milk.

Enjoy!
